Second Shooter

I am dedicating this page to the possibility of opening the door for additional shooter to join me along with the opportunity for me to assist other shooters. If you are still reading this page, you most likely are here to get my opinion on second shooting or maybe asking if you can join me for a session. You might also be inquiring whether I  may be a good candidate to second shoot alongside of you. To me, being a second shooter is vital to learning new techniques and gaining knowledge on better yourself. There are some photographers that really don’t like offering much insight on the market, techniques, or anything else for that matter. I however, am someone who enjoys being asked questions and helping others. You might ask me a question I simply don’t know, but at the end of the day I will not only find the answer, but I will have gained the knowledge with your help of asking the question. Simple as that. I have nothing against those photographers who want to charge upcoming photographers for training/courses or one-on-one help, but I also feel it’s our own responsibility to help each other learn and grow. We have to keep in mind that no matter how sucessful we are, it’s still a business. We may have all started at different times in our lives, but we all started not knowing anything about what we have now come to love. If you are able to open the door for someone else to come learn from you, you have obviously influenced them and should be grateful.
