What is the stranger project? The stranger project is a simple way to get people on camera who might not come forward and ask to have their picture taken.

The Stranger Project is the chance for someone to tell a story, no matter how short or how long – everyone has a story.

The goal of The Stranger Project is not to meet a certain amount of pictures in a given time, but to continuously share someones story.

What is the inspiration behind this concept. As some of you may have seen, there is always cool ideas on the internet and I like to take those ideas and give them my own little twist.

I think back to the time when I was a little kid and my grandmother and grandfather would tell me stories of when they were growing up. From the short 5 minute stories to the never ending stories, I was always intrigued in hearing what they had to say. Now that they have passed, I feel there is a great opportunity in bringing people together and making something of their stories.
