So you want to know a little about the person behind Kinetic Stills. Well it's pretty simple, I'm Nick Sutton and I'm the mad scientist behind the scenes. I try and be slightly different from most photographers and look at many global photographers for inspiration. I want your experience to be a once in a life time captured memory. I want you, as a client, a friend, and someone who is blown away with our work. When you hire Kinetic Stills, I want you to have zero worries about the photography aspect of your wedding, special event, or whatever it may be.
You must be different to stand out. Our goal is to exceed our clients expectations and leave them and their friends speechless about the art we create.
Everyone knows a photographer, we understand that. But what really makes us different?
The use of lighting. Be bold, Be Different.
Feel free to ask as many questions as you would like. I would be more than happy to answer as many questions as possible to help you. In the situation of not being available for your event, I will also help you find another photographer. I have many friends who are professional photographers that I would trust with my own wedding. Thanks for stopping by and I hope to hear from you soon!
The Rescue Pups
Our dogs mean the world to us. There is nothing that brings us more joy than these two crazy characters Bailey and Quin. Both Bailey and Quinn are rescue dogs and we couldn't ask for a better pair of pups.
If you're wondering about whether or not they are related, they are not. Bailey is about a year older than Quinn and has a complete opposite personality.
Bailey is the sweetest of the two. She will snuggle and loves everyone... more than most people want. She doesn't really bark much, doesn't whine, and is extremely intellegent. When we got Bailey we really believed she would end up being a Dock Diving dog but it turns out, she is scared of just about everything. We took her to a Dock Diving competition at Care-A-Lot on Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach and she was freaking out wanting to save all the dogs jumping into the pool. So although she has crazy mad jumping skills... she won't become and award winning Dock Diving dog any time soon.
Quinn on the other hand is part German Shepherd, at leas that is what we believe. She is wide open! She will run around our backyard, rain or shine. Nothing stops this dog. She can be a little stubborn at times but she is truly an amazing dog. She absolutely loves a tennis ball and will wake you up bright and early, standing on your chest, wanting you to play with her. Quinn isn't much of a jumper like Bailey, nor is she as fast. So when her and Bailey are playing, Bailey has no problem proving who is the faster dog. One thing Quinn has over bailey is agility. Quinn can stop and pivot on a dime, Bailey requires a little stopping room.
At the end of the day, when we get home, these dogs greet us and bring a smile to our faces. We absolutely love these pups and highly recommend you rescuing a dog. It may time and many hours training, but there is no better feeling in the word than rescuing an animal from a bad situation and spoiling them and have them truly appreciate it.
